Who we are
Whosta is operated by Xborder Technologies, based in Odenthal, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
We built Whosta because business owners and marketers spend too much time switching between dashboards, exporting spreadsheets, and waiting for reports. Our goal is straightforward: let you ask a question about your store or your ad campaigns the same way you’d ask a colleague — in your own language, by text or voice — and get a useful, accurate answer from your own live data.
What Whosta does
Whosta connects to platforms you already use through secure, standard OAuth integrations. Once connected, you can query orders, products, inventory, sales figures, campaign performance, keyword data, and advertising spend directly through an AI assistant — without writing any code or building any manual report.
Current and planned platform integrations include:
- WooCommerce — orders, products, stock levels, customers, sales summaries
- Shopify — orders, products, inventory, fulfilment status
- Google Ads — campaign performance, keyword data, search term reports, Keyword Planner research (read-only in the current release)
- Additional business platform integrations planned for future releases
The service is designed for ecommerce sellers, digital advertisers, marketing agencies, and businesses who want faster access to their own operational and advertising data.
Our principles
You stay in control
You authorise every integration yourself through the platform’s own OAuth flow. You can disconnect at any time and your credentials are deleted immediately.
Secure access only
Whosta never asks for your Google password or store admin credentials. All access is granted through official, revocable OAuth permissions.
Transparent permissions
We clearly state what data we access, why, and what we do not do with it. Read our Privacy Policy and integration pages for full detail.
Read-only by default
The initial Google Ads release only reads your data. Future write features will require your explicit step-by-step approval for every proposed change.
Your data is yours
We do not sell your data. We do not use your business data to train models for other users. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Honest about AI
AI output helps you understand your data faster. It does not replace professional judgement on business, financial, or advertising decisions.
