Create your Whosta account
Sign up with your email address. No credit card is required to start. You can explore the service and connect your first integration on the free plan.
Connect your platforms
Connect your WooCommerce store, Shopify store, or Google Ads account through a secure OAuth flow. You approve the connection inside the platform itself — Whosta never asks for your password. You can disconnect at any time.
Ask questions in plain language
Once connected, ask Whosta questions about your business by typing or speaking. Try “How many orders did I get last week?”, “Which product sold the most this month?”, or “What’s my Google Ads spend compared to last week?” — in whichever language you prefer.

Query your orders
Ask about order counts, revenue, fulfilment status, or specific orders — filtered by date, product, or status.
Check your inventory

Review ad performance
Ask about campaign spend, impressions, clicks, and conversions from your Google Ads account — read-only in the current release.

Use the Google Ads Keyword Planner through Whosta to research keyword ideas and historical performance data.
Ask in your language
Whosta supports queries in Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Telugu, and English. Ask in the language that is most natural to you.
Security and control
Whosta connects to your accounts through official OAuth flows. You grant permissions inside the platform itself — Google, WooCommerce, or Shopify — and you can revoke them at any time from your Whosta dashboard or directly from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted with AES-256-CBC before storage. We never store your passwords. We never share your business data with third parties for advertising or profiling purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Security page for full details.
The Google Ads integration is read-only in the current release. Whosta cannot make changes to your campaigns, bids, or ads without your explicit step-by-step approval, which will be required in any future write-enabled release.
